where we ship & deliveries
We deliver to France, Germany, Switzerland, and Belgium. If you are in Europe in a country that is not listed, and would like to place an order, please send us an email at hello@tanios.co and we can easily process your order. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and way of shipping. All shipments are trackable. If you wish to track your parcel, get in touch and we can provide the tracking number.
unclaimed parcels
In case the delivery times are surpassed and you haven’t received your order, please contact us in a timely manner (within a week to 10 days) in order to avoid returns. In the case of a returned parcel, and only following receipt of the package back to our address, we can suggest a second delivery if you cover the cost of a second shipment. Another option would be to reimburse the amount of the order, excluding the shipping fees.
incorrect delivery information
The orders are delivered to the address you indicated during the checkout process. The information set out by the purchaser at the time the order is placed is binding upon the purchaser. In case the details you submitted are not correct, we cannot be held responsible for unsuccessful deliveries. If upon placing an order you realize that the delivery details you submitted are incorrect, please contact us immediately via email, providing your order number. If still possible, we will try to adjust your shipment.
customs, duties and taxes
For deliveries outside the EU (if applicable), additional charges will apply. All orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for you. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If you wish so, you can check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs shall be prior to purchase.
